The initiative for conscious, wise, humane discourse is based on a study among 12 speakers of world languages at the International School at Tel Aviv University. The study revealed the universal aspect of speechDr. Liora Weinbach Mandelbaum, linguist. Retired senior faculty member, Tel Aviv University. Member of the World Academy for Arts and Sciences. Author of didactic dictionaries for learning Hebrew, published in 9 languages. Headed the Shefa project for teaching Hebrew to immigrants from the former USSR, on behalf of the Nativ project, in the Prime Minister’s Office and the Center for Educational Technology.

A collaboration with Dr. Ernest Kornman, neurophysiologist and biophysicist, led to the discovery of an affinity between speech patterns and human mind function, for better and for worse. These insights were studied in the Bible and world traditions. This multidisciplinary linguistic study led to the understanding that the Bible, written entirely in the future, and the Hebrew alphabet, encode the full knowledge about the development of the mind of humans, their humaneness, wisdom, emotions and morals, and their expression through speech patterns. These new insights led to the definition of the problem and challenge facing all humans, who are unaware of the fact that they have yet to complete their evolution towards becoming humane, wise, and enlightened, and that they must equip themselves with the knowledge, which we all lack. This knowledge, encoded in the Bible, requires the activation of a blocking switch for the innate mind mechanism as a prerequisite for activating the new mind mechanism for humane mind function, the Switch My Mind (SMM) method for resilience, thinking, integrity, and ability to feel for others and love, and their expression through skills for unifying, wise speech for the future of humanity and its prosperity in a programmed world.

The switch method Switch My Mind – SMM has been implemented successfully in academic and non-academic frameworks: Tel Aviv University: School of Education, School of Film and Television, Lahav Executive Management, Law and Health Professions, Bar-Ilan University: Faculty of Law, MA in Conflict Management and Negotiation. University of Haifa: Head of the Unit of Ethics in Speech at the International Center of Health, Law and Ethics. Ministry of Education: National Multi-organizational Center for Collaboration between Teachers, Parents and Students. Civil Service Commission: Training female managers for gender equality.

     </details>

    I am honored to warmly recommend the ground-breaking method developed by Dr. Liora Weinbach. Through her insights based on a study of speakers of 12 languages she shines a new light on the Bible, as a system that reflects interactions between man and his environment and mind function. Her work not only contributes greatly to the academic world; it also makes a key contribution to promoting intercultural dialog and developing new perspectives for human growth in the 21st century.
