Collaboration with <\/span>Dr. Ernest Kornman<\/b>, neurophysiologist and biophysicist, led to the understanding that human beings currently lack the knowledge required to complete their evolution to become humane, strong and equipped with skills for uniting, peace-building and wise discourse.<\/span><\/p>

This research led to the development of the <\/span>switch method <\/b>for blocking the failing mind mechanism and activating the humane mind and wise discourse.<\/span>The switch method<\/b> has been successfully implemented in academic and non-academic frameworks:<\/span>Tel Aviv University: <\/b>School of Education<\/span>, School of Film and Television, Lahav Executive Management, Law and Health Professions.\u00a0<\/span>Bar Ilan University: <\/b>Faculty of Law, MA in Conflict Management and Negotiation.\u00a0<\/span>University of Haifa: <\/b>Head of the Unit of Ethics in Speech at the International Center<\/span> of Health, Law and Ethics.\u00a0<\/span>Ministry of Education: <\/b>National Multi-organizational Center for Collaboration between Teachers, Parents and Students. <\/span>Civil Service Commission: <\/b>Training female managers for gender equity.<\/span><\/p>
