linguist. Retired member of the senior academic staff at Tel Aviv University. Heads the project: Biblical Software, existential education and eligibility for humane citizen and wise discourse certification.Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science (WAAS).Committee member of the WorldCom Marco Polo Program.Authored dictionaries for learning Hebrew, published in 9 languages.Previously headed the Hebrew Language Project on behalf of “Nativ” in the Prime Minister’s Office, teaching Hebrew to immigrants from the former USSR.
Collaboration with Dr. Ernest Kornman, neurophysiologist and biophysicist, led to the understanding that human beings currently lack the knowledge required to complete their evolution to become humane, strong and equipped with skills for uniting, peace-building and wise discourse.
This research led to the development of the switch method for blocking the failing mind mechanism and activating the humane mind and wise discourse.The switch method has been successfully implemented in academic and non-academic frameworks:Tel Aviv University: School of Education, School of Film and Television, Lahav Executive Management, Law and Health Professions. Bar Ilan University: Faculty of Law, MA in Conflict Management and Negotiation. University of Haifa: Head of the Unit of Ethics in Speech at the International Center of Health, Law and Ethics. Ministry of Education: National Multi-organizational Center for Collaboration between Teachers, Parents and Students. Civil Service Commission: Training female managers for gender equity.

Brain imaging study, based on the function of brain cells, confirms brain structure and the stages of development of the five brain states and their roles in human behavior according to the model developed by Dr. Weinbach and Dr. Kornman. The observation through the science of isotopic imaging of the evolution of the brain confirms the latent processes and its internal and external manifestations.
The SMM method activates human intelligence. It prevents conflicts and leads to cooperation. The method has been implemented with great success in courses for gender equality in government ministries and in clinical leadership development courses for female physicians in the Ministry of Health.
I am honored to highly recommend the groundbreaking model developed by Dr. Liora Weinbach. In her insights into research among speakers of 12 languages, she shines a new light on the Bible, as a system that reflects the interaction between man and his environment and brain function.
