This research led to the development of the switch method for blocking the failing mind mechanism and activating the humane mind and wise discourse.The switch method has been successfully implemented in academic and non-academic frameworks:Tel Aviv University: School of Education, School of Film and Television, Lahav Executive Management, Law and Health Professions. Bar Ilan University: Faculty of Law, MA in Conflict Management and Negotiation. University of Haifa: Head of the Unit of Ethics in Speech at the International Center of Health, Law and Ethics. Ministry of Education: National Multi-organizational Center for Collaboration between Teachers, Parents and Students. Civil Service Commission: Training female managers for gender equity.
